Yummy Bunnies

Tano-Li helped me make these this morning. Looks like he is going to be a bit of a baker! They are a made up recipe, sourdough fruit/spice buns! They smell fantastic! Haven''t tasted them yet as they are cooling, but hmmmmmmmmmmmm, mouth is watering!

    Oh my God they were the best buns I have ever made! Lovely soft crumb, slightly chewy crust with crunchy sugar crystals on top, lovely subtle sour tang, sweet sultana bursts of juice, fragrant cinnamon spice and a GENEROUS spread of butter:-)
